By creating an account on ClinicFlow you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClinicFlow.
ClinicFlow is a cloud-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform that allows registered medical practitioners in India to manage patient records, appointments, prescriptions, investigations and clinical data at app.clinicflowemr.com.
ClinicFlow is available only to registered medical practitioners holding a valid medical registration number issued by the National Medical Commission or a State Medical Council of India. By registering you confirm you hold a valid registration and are legally permitted to practise medicine in India.
ClinicFlow is a record-keeping and practice management tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions remain entirely the responsibility of the treating doctor. ClinicFlow accepts no liability for any clinical outcomes.
ClinicFlow offers a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay will result in suspension of your account. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
You retain full ownership of all patient data entered into ClinicFlow. ClinicFlow does not claim any ownership over patient records. We act solely as a data processor on your instructions. See our Data Processing Agreement for full details.
We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. ClinicFlow is not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting clinicflow.emr@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination you may request a full data export within 30 days before permanent deletion.
ClinicFlow liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email and will be required to accept updated terms before continuing to use the service.
